What is your gym schedule? 

Each class lasts 1.5-2 hours with recommended accessories and stretching afterwards. The coach will lead you through a general and specific warm-up, as well as correct your movement for the daily programming.

Do I have to have experience? 

No experience is required! Olympic weightlifting is for every person, gender, and age group. Our members range from 7 years old to 80 years old, and many people come in having never touched a barbell. Olympia Method is designed and catered specifically to your needs.

What is Olympic Lifting? 

Weightlifting is an Olympic sport revolved around the two most explosive and dynamic movements: the snatch, and the clean and jerk. Training uses squats, deadlifts, pulls, presses, and the olympic lifts for improving overall wellness. Weightlifting increases a person's strength, muscle tone, improve bone density, speed, core strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence.
