Beginner 6 Week Weightlifting Cycle

This program is great for an athlete who has practiced all Olympic lifting movements and has specifically practiced weightlifting for at least 1 year. 


This program expects 3 days/week of training (athletes choice on which days) with an emphasis on strength, technique-based complexes, and accessory work. The goal of this program is to build a solid strength base, improve muscle tone, and coordination to rapidly progress you from "beginner" to "intermediate".
