Every athlete has different strengths and weaknesses which require a different approach to maximize resuts. Month-to-month personal programming and coaching includes weekly tailored programming to work with you and your body, video review, and check-ins with Istvan.
Workouts will be customized to your training frequency, ideal for advanced athletes (9-11 training sessions per week), or those who are seeking an individualized program to maximize results.
