Block 1 emphasizes volume and hypertrophy to set a solid foundation for work capacity and longetivity in this year's training. This OlympiaMethod program is designed to peak at the end of the 12 weeks with various strength and technique PRs throughout, perfect for leading directly into a Weightlifting meet.
This program is best for an athlete who has been training Olympic Weightlifting for a minimum of two years, and many continue to see progress with 5+ years of training. This program expects 4-5 days/week of training and accessory work.
